Both. Santa Susana is the neighborhood at the eastern end of Simi Valley where the estate sits, in Ventura County, just over the hills from the San Fernando Valley.
How far is the ranch from the airports?
Van Nuys Airport is 28 miles and 30 to 45 minutes away, Hollywood Burbank 32 miles and 35 to 50 minutes, and Los Angeles International 40 miles and 45 to 75 minutes, depending on traffic. Arrivals by helicopter can be arranged onto the estate’s private heliport.
Can our guests stay on the estate?
Yes. Fifteen private residences, including casitas, townhomes and a cottage, welcome more than 100 overnight guests. Accommodations are reserved separately, and larger room blocks can be coordinated through the team.
Are there indoor and outdoor settings?
Yes. The Stables is a grand indoor venue for up to 800 guests, with celebrations continuing until 4:00 AM. The Villa, Grand Prix, The Carriage House, The Garden Pavilion and The Vineyard are outdoor settings, and tented weather plans are arranged with your planner and rental company.
How do guests park?
Every event has valet parking, with shuttle service available through the estate’s valet partner. There is ample on-site parking, and each residence has two designated spaces.
Can we visit before deciding?
