How many guests can Grand Prix accommodate?
Grand Prix is the estate’s largest setting, comfortably accommodating up to 5,000 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and large-scale gatherings. Its open layout also allows the space to be configured around the needs of the event.
Can Grand Prix be combined with The Villa?
Yes. The Villa and Grand Prix are one of our most commonly reserved pairings, bringing together the hilltop architecture of The Villa with the expansive landscape below. Celebrations often use The Villa for the ceremony, cocktail hour, or both before continuing to Grand Prix for the reception.
What kind of space is Grand Prix?
Grand Prix is an expansive outdoor field framed by dramatic sandstone formations and views of The Villa above. Its open landscape offers a true blank canvas for tented celebrations, custom installations, and large-scale events.
Is a generator required at Grand Prix?
Yes. Grand Prix does not have permanent event power, so a generator is required. Our exclusive rental partners can provide the appropriate power solution for your event.
Can we build a fully custom, tented event here?
Absolutely. Grand Prix is especially well suited to tents, custom builds, and large-scale installations. More extensive installations are reviewed and approved in advance and may require additional setup time before the event.
What options are available in case of inclement weather?
Grand Prix is an outdoor setting, so clients may coordinate a tented weather plan with their planner and event rental company. Any tenting or larger installations are reviewed in advance to ensure the setup works appropriately within the space.
